Gemini NotebookLM, which produces these audio files, unfortunately now formats files which should be mp3 into mp4, but worse, uses a MPEG-DASH streaming format that any popular media player cannot use. The HandBrake.FR service managed to open two otherwise unusable files, but failed to cope with the other two. This morning Gemini 2.5 Pro pointed me to https://www.freeconvert.com/mp4-to-mp3. This Navigator 36 file did get converted and now processed by Substack, so hopefully you enjoy the discussion. It should be worth it as in 44 years as a securities industry professional at the highest level, I never had access to reports of this calibre.
