In order to process your subscription, you must understand and agree to the following: 30-DAY RISK-FREE GUARANTEE POLICY - We proudly and confidently honor our 30-day risk-free guarantee policy for traders and investors who wish to "test drive" our services. However, to prevent abuse of the system, subscribers are eligible for the use of the 30-day risk-free guarantee only once every twelve months (per household). Trader Wizard / Greenfield - Cara Media is part of BillCara.com that provides educational subscriber-based services through various electronic newsletters, but does NOT advise users to buy or sell positions in securities. It is Trader Wizard / Greenfield - Cara Media's goal to empower clients to confidently make their own independent trading decisions. Trader Wizard / Greenfield - Cara Media also does not receive any form of payment or other compensation for publishing information, news, research or any other material concerning any securities on our site, nor does Trader Wizard / Greenfield - Cara Media publish any information on the site that is intended to affect or influence the value of securities. You agree to hold Trader Wizard / Greenfield - Cara Media harmless for any act resulting directly or indirectly from this site, its data, content, materials, associated pages and documents. Subscribership may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly inform Trader Wizard / Greenfield - Cara Media of the following: changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with the Service; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until Trader Wizard / Greenfield - Cara Media is notified by e-mail through the BillCara.com Contact page of a breach in security, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the Service. By completing this form, you are authorizing Trader Wizard / Greenfield - Cara Media to e-mail you periodic updates and announcements, as well as your regular newsletter subscription. If you are not interested in receiving any further e-mail from us, you will be able to easily un-subscribe from within any of our e-mails.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL POLICY:

Payment for the appropriate services will be made by automatic credit card debit. Subscribers will be automatically renewed for the original term upon expiration, unless Trader Wizard / Greenfield - Cara Media is notified via e-mail three days prior to membership expiration. Unless and until this agreement is canceled by e-mail, Subscriber hereby authorizes Trader Wizard / Greenfield - Cara Media to charge Subscriber's credit card to pay for the ongoing (monthly, quarterly or yearly) cost of membership.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Subscription to our services may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either Trader Wizard / Greenfield - Cara Media or the Subscriber by e-mailing through the BillCara.com Contact page at least three days prior to monthly, quarterly or annual subscription renewal date. When termination is requested by a Subscriber, subscription fees are NOT refunded (outside of the initial 30-day trial period). Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until the end of the current billing cycle following the request for termination of services. Cancellation of service is not official until Subscriber receives e-mail confirmation from Trader Wizard / Greenfield - Cara Media. If Subscriber does not receive a cancellation confirmation within 48 hours of request (excluding weekends and holidays), Subscriber must email our offices at [email protected] to resubmit the cancellation and verify that his/her e-mail address is correct.

ANNUAL HOLIDAYS:

In addition to all national holidays in which the stock markets are closed, Trader Wizard / Greenfield - Cara Media reserves the right to not publish for a total of up to one calendar week (seven days) per year, regardless of whether or not those days coincide with a national holiday. On the rare days when Trader Wizard / Greenfield - Cara Media does not publish, subscribers will be notified ahead of time.
