Introduction to Daily Lessons
With 120 Daily Lessons published, this website will soon be active each day with original content, and then the Lessons will be edited and re-run.
Soon, I will publish it in a series of ten free interactive eBooks.
With Daily Lessons you will see that—
- I do not trade futures or commodities or participate in any way with trading rooms.
- Except for research, I don’t much care for ETFs as I am a big believer in finding and trading the stocks of high quality companies, which I call the Cara 100. However, in some cases, particularly with respect to Goldminers, the trading of ETFs like GDX, GDXJ and XGD.TO is required at times.
- I will be spending less time on opinions than I have in the past and more time on facts-based teaching. My opinions, for the most part, should be directed to the Community Discourse where I can share mine with yours.
After I integrate the various content I prepared for you, each of my daily blogs will contain four components:
a. Search for Knowledge (Lessons #1 to #120 using current examples and graphs)
b. Search for Quality via Growth, Value or Income
c. Search for Performance in US markets
d. Search for Performance internationally
The attached Table of Contents is comprehensive — at least in terms of what I think people need to learn to be a successful independent trader in capital markets.
