Commercial Deep House and Trance

When trading, if I need to get pumped up, I listen to Trance. But, I actually prefer Deep House, which keeps me calm. To take a break I put the headset on and lounge in the sun with my eyes closed for half an hour.

Uptempo relaxing Deep House music to reduce stress.

My Deep House playlist #3 is up to over 50. Alone w u (Modern Culture), I wanna be somebody (Marc Philippe), Sun Goes Down (Kenny Colt), Its Love (Solven), and Summer Wave (Solven, Hysaze) are ones I started with and now I keep adding every couple days. I most like the slow melodies.

My Spotify Playlist #6. Needs headphones. Good trading music most days.

If you want to firm up your body, head to the gym. If you want to exercise your brain, listen to music.

“There are few things that stimulate the brain the way music does,” says one Johns Hopkins otolaryngologist. “If you want to keep your brain engaged throughout the aging process, listening to or playing music is a great tool. It provides a total brain workout.”

Research has shown that listening to music can reduce anxiety, blood pressure, and pain as well as improve sleep quality, mood, mental alertness, and memory.
