What do OPEC intentions mean for the "E" sector?, Fri., Oct. 27, 2006, 4:13 PM
If, as and when OPEC cuts oil deliveries in their effort to hold oil prices above $60.barrel, Merrill Lynch says that the Integrateds tend to hold up, but the contract drillers and service companies are in more danger.
Morgan Stanley not only agrees, but their research shows some issues were starting to show up before the cuts were supposed to have been implemented.

I'm out of the loop on this one, preferring to listen to Wall Street analysts.
I'm not a believer in asking a lobbyist (like OPEC or T. Boone Pickens) what the price of an asset ought to be. These people can say one thing and do another.
I'm interested in figuring out what it is they are doing in the market. Full stop.
