On June 13, I wrote: Buy, Buy, Buy! Actually, I wrote: "I'll add IVN to my earlier list that should be bought at these levels." The stock was $6.00. I said it would soon get back over $8. I lied; it hit $9.52 today.

What was the RSI-7 at the moment I recommended IVN? Weekly-Daily-Hourly = 22.5, 21.9 and 15.7. Thank's Bob for helping teach my students.

BTW, subtract those numbers (at the bottom of the IVN cycle) from 100, and what do you have? Yessirree, Bob. That's the DJIA, which is the polar opposite of a Bear bottom " it's called a CNBC Top.

But I digress.
