Discourse
I listened to Todd Bruce's Denver Gold Show presentation on KRY from the above site. He claimed the local people and the mining ministry were positive on the project. He made it sound as if they were doing all the right things. It reminded me of my own experience in getting telecoms operating approvals for wireless in Venezuela (pre-chavez).
The style of the bureaucracy seemed just the same. I really had the feeling KRY will get its final approval, although it's impossible to know when. Also, Venezuela takes its sweet time. It could be October, or it could be far into next year.
Hecla Mining, in their Denver Presentation, said they had successfully operated in VZ for six years without disruption. BTW, it seems all the presentations mentioned on the above site are being archived. There is audio, plus the slides of the presenter.
