More excitement from Aurelian (TSX-V: ARU), Thurs., July 6, 2006, 4:39 PM
Trading this afternoon was halted until the morning so that results of the latest drilling program could be widely disseminated.
After my return from Bahamas next week, I will be meeting with Aurelian CEO Patrick Anderson personally and starting to build a report on the company, which I'll make available here.
But this news is exciting. I'll have more to say in the morning.

The company closed a $20 million CAD financing in April, so the investor data on their website is a little behind. I recommend you review the slides from the Annual General Meeting (linked on the website homepage), if you know little about this company.
As you may know, I attended the AGM and met several mining old-timers I knew who were very interested in the discovery hole drill results, which are as good as any company has reported in many years.

Very exciting to see the veins and speckles of gold in the pictures!
Perhaps you could comment on the economic and political situation in Ecuador and how that might impact ARU going forward:
