Games, games and more games! Wed., June 7, 2006, 10:20 AM
A lot of the games being played today have something to do with electronic art. (Pun intended.)
The attached report from UBS today indicates the reason why Cara 100 Electronic Arts (NDQ: ERTS) is a "Buy". They say that it's a new cycle now, which is all about the "E" in PE. Download file.
I say ERTS is in the Accumulation Zone, and ought to head north immediately after the cycle bottom in the U.S. equity market, which is rapidly approaching.

Bill,
I know you look at many different components when adding companies to your 100 list, but after reading just the second paragraph of the USB report I was wondering why you still feel ERTS is a great company?
It doesn't appear management is holding up its end.

This stock is heavily dependent on the release and success of the Sony PS3 and Nintendo Wii. Seeing as how both of these systems look to be outstanding, EA should fair well in 2007. One issue is the speed at which people purchase the PS3 at its high price point.
All in all, they make fantastic games, and I will definitely be looking to buy them once we move out of the impending pull-back.
