China gas discovery is major, Thurs., 6/15/2006 8:20 AM

Cara 100 component CNOOC Limited (NYSE: CEO) is going to have a huge day today in the market. And so too is Canada's Husky Energy (TSX: HSE), which discovered a monster deep drilled gas well nearby Hong Kong. (see update)

This discovery is one of the major ones in the world. I'll leave it to the oil & gas research analysts to study and report on it. But I will say that the charts below will look very different by the end of the week. :-)

CEO is a BUY today.

If you recall, back in April 2004 I first rated CEO a BUY, and did so again in March 2005.
