Bill Cara's plans to return to business, Thurs., June 29, 2006, 6:24 AM

Speaking of best practices as I was earlier today, it is my intention to register Cara Global Markets Limited asap as an offshore professional trading firm.

My blog will continue as is, hopefully elevated to a video blog in about six months, and both websites will be linked.

In addition to offering research reports like the one linked below, my firm will be offering to an international clientele, including institutions and individuals, a variety of professional services.

Our primary offering will be online trading with real-time access from a single account to equities, indices, futures, treasuries and forex in almost 20 international financial markets. This is an award-winning platform. In addition, my personal trading, daily set ups, and real-time alerts will be available exclusively to clients.

We shall also offer proven tax planning, estate planning, asset protection and offshore insurance services through my co-operation with a small but prestigious consulting firm.

Attached is a (3MB) report done by my associate Tony Garson in December 2002 on the fairness of a merger between two junior minerals resources companies. My firm will produce a report like this one every couple weeks. Download Dec 2002 Alamos report. I also intend to focus my corporate finance interests in this area.

Bill,

I sent you a Yahoo e-mail note yesterday after registering with TypeKey. I sent the e-mail to bcara@bcara.com

The e-mail was rejected for whatever reason and never reached you. I'd like to resend it to you.

Do you have an e-mail address so that I can send you an off-line, personal note? My e-mail is kfergs1@yahoo.com

Thanks

Bill,

You hiring? I know we have talked privately several times (i.e. Africa and Live 8). I'd be very interested if you were looking for people...

Let me know...

Bill,

Be careful. If you plan to provide investment advice tailored to individuals, I am sure that there are registration requirements in the U.S. and Canada.

It would take heaven and earth to be licensed in all those jurisdictions, I think. Certainly wouldn't want to have to re-write the Canadian Securities Course! ;-)

Just out of curiosity, why video blog? Is it worth the effort? I don't see much added value in watching another talking head...

Now if we could watch your little grey cells in action, that would be worth paying for!
