Journalist Herb Greenberg (one of my favorites) has legitimately put the knock on the company. Today there is also a breaking story about illegitimately timed executive stock options at Apple.

If you recall, I said this was a nasty piece of business by corporations, and I would never put a company involved in that process in the Cara Global Best 100 Companies list.
