Another look at Phelps Dodge, Thurs., June 22, 2006, 10:20 AM
If the U.S. economy is going to slow down, there will be less demand for copper and some of the other base (industrial) metals -- but not for precious metals, which I'll get into later today.
So it occurred to me that maybe we ought to look again at Cara 100 (barely!) Phelps Dodge. Here is the Prudential/Tumazos report, which is unchanged from "Underweight", with a target of $60. Pru June 20 report on PDfile
I'll try to rustle up another report on PD.
