A little pr from a big promoter, Fri., May 26, 2006, 3:58 PM
It being Friday afternoon, are you surprised to see the following headline regarding Ivanhoe Mines?
Looks like the IVN will close at US$7.45, which says something about my market vision.

Bill, it has been reported this week that the Mongolian President allowed the "Windfall Profits Tax" on mining companies to go into law. Any supplementary thoughts on IVN in the wake of this news?

Bill,
Have you looked at Friedland's other promotion, Ivanhoe Energy (IVAN)? It has interesting properties in both California and China, and more importantly has a heavy-to-light crude refinement process that if it works (and admittedly thats a big if) could be huge. I'd love to hear your thoughts.
Regards,
Josh (long a bit of IVAN)
