San Francisco sees "emerging global energy crunch", Wed., Apr. 19, 2006, 3:40 PM

This week, the City of San Francisco passed the following resolution identifying what it sees as an energy crunch the City has to make plans to manage. It's called the Peak Oil Resolution and urges the Development of an ‘Action and Response Plan'. Download file
