A high market on close for TLT, Fri., Apr. 28, 2006, 3:54 PM

I was screen-watching TLT as I gabbed on the phone in the past hour. Earlier I had noted how TLT (Lehman 20+ year bond fund) was down another -1.0 pct W/W. Then pop goes some weasel to try to make a bad week look a little less so.
