Judge in RIMM case pushing sides to settle, Fri., Feb. 24, 2006, 1:10 PM
The U.S. judge in the Research in Motion (NDQ: RIMM) case has rejected the plea for an injunction against them from selling Blackberry units in the U.S. The RIMM stock jumped about +11-pct on the news.

If the the Judge has any brains, he will postponse the judgement until the PTO has nullified all the patents with the final rulings expected soon. There will be no interuption of service.
