Frozen wet?, Mon., Feb. 27, 2006, 10:45 AM
At 10:20am this morning I received this mail from "Q" in Sonoita. He wanted to see a photo of my "frozen wet". Sorry to disappoint, but a trawler just motored by, and except for the iced-up dock down the way, it's a little like Spring here in T.O.
"Bill, Fascinating study! An interview with Paul Desmond (Lowry's Reports, Inc.) - The Anatomy of Tops: - pdf version.
Sunny and extremely dry here " extreme drought. The wildfire season is set to begin way too early. It sure would be nice to see a photo of your lake just so I'd know what frozen wet looks like. /"Q" from Sonoita AZ.
So here is the photo of the lake as I'm looking at it. And second is a photo I took three hours ago, which shows a waterspout in the distance.
Later I'll take a photo of the 14 Canadian geese eating stuff in the grass next door. The neighbors have flown south, and the geese moved in.
Hahaha.
