Precious metal run appears sustainable, Tues., Jan. 31, 2006, 8:00 AM
With Cramer pushing silver (and silver miner PAAS) last evening, and UBS analysts out with a very positive report today on the precious metals, the bull roar continues.
Spot prices from INO.com this morning show Gold at $570.00, Silver at $9.88, Platinum at $1077, and Palladium at $284.
Today is Alan Greenspan's last at the Fed. Everybody now is thinking ahead to Ben Bernanke. The notion of higher precious metal prices and thoughts of Bernanke seem to go hand in hand.

Interesting artcile today on safehaven.com:

Some of the usual GATA stuff, but the story about the BoE defaulting on silver delivery to the Saudi's is quite believable. Any confirmation on this from a second source?
