"From seeds to weeds"?, Tues., Jan. 31, 2006, 5:49 AM
Reuters has produced a brief report on the Greenspan Legacy. I noted that one commentator said that we'd have to wait a year or two to see if the seeds sown by Greenspan would turn to weeds. Don't ask my opinion on Greenspan because every time I give it I have more readers try to jump down my throat than I'd care to admit. It seems that many Americans think the man was poison.
So the Great White Shark writes this morning " and I have nothing else to do at 5 in the morning but to read mail " I thought I'd pass along his comments.
To wit: "Bill, Interesting chart here. Click on the "30 year mortgage rates" on the interactive chart. I see an H&S bottom and good possibility of a sharp rise in long-term rates. 2006 is going to be bloody O:-) "
I suppose GWS (who is into blood, and what shark isn't?) really likes that guy Greenspan.
But for me, I'm hoping for flowers, not weeds.
