Forbes Best of the Web 2006, Wed., Jan. 25, 2006, 9:47 AM

Just when I start to question my emotional and time commitment to this blog, along comes further proof why I shouldn't. Forbes has given me another Best of the Web accolade. They also called me ‘eccentric', but I'll take that too. Thank you.

Congratulations Bill. I am reminded of Keynes's quote " It is the long term investor, he who promotes the public interest who will in practice come in for most criticism. For it is the essence of his behaviour that he should be eccentric, unconventional and rash in the eyes of the average person"
Keynes would be proud - of you. Keep it coming!

Congrats Bill!

I've read your blog since Trader Wizard days and always enjoy your artful and balanced presentation of facts and opinions on issues that relate to the ethic of fair play in markets. It is important to understand that trading and investing is more than a zero-sum game. When people get abused by cheaters or enriched by employing smart and legitimate trading strategies we all need to be informed. We can then make better decisions as to how and with whom we do business in the future. Please keep it going!

Hello Bill,

I follow your blog everyday, without fail. Although I never want to be 100% cash, I generally agree with your perspectives.

I don't post much and I am sure there are thousands others like me who do not post on your blog but visit day after day to see what you have to say. After your down mood following the Stelco disaster, I wanted to say on behalf of all of us who do not post on you blog regularly - Please don't stop blogging. You are the best!

Rock on dude.

Bill, Thanks for all the work you put into your Blog. Just one thought, why not charge something for your site and get some help, oversee the work and have a little more free time for yourself. This is a selfish suggestion as I would like to see this continue.
