European stocks are following Asia Pacific, Thurs., Jan. 19, 2006, 4:56 AM
Although spot metal prices are soft at 4:40am ET, it is apparent that the metal stocks on the FTSE, and elsewhere in Europe today, are following through with gains seen earlier in Asia Pacific.
BHP Billiton and Rio Tinto (BLT and RIO on the LSE) were up sharply on strong copper prices.
