Refco needs to be sold, Fri, Oct. 14, 2005, 10:23 AM

URGENT

The SEC/NASD regulators need to impress upon the Refco board of directors that they need to resign and an interim board be allowed to take control. A new board needs to be free to open the books immediately to any possible acquisitor who would submit a sizeable cash deposit for the right to examine those books under the terms of agreement set by the board and agreed to by the U.S. Attorney's Office and the SEC/NASD.

The public needs this kind of action TODAY.
