Possible interruption

I'm having a new phone system (from the cable company) and digital TV service installed this morning and its all tied into the cable/internet, so I have been interrupted, with more to come I think. Two different technicians, who seem to be surprised the other is here, are getting me antsy. Total confusion, and I thought having everything on one bill would simplify my life! Apparently not..
