BillCara.com blows bandwidth, Sunday, August 21, 2005, 11:06 AM
This morning I got up (late) and saw the following ugly message on my screen:
Bandwidth Limit Exceeded
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again later.
Apache/1.3.33 Server at www.billcara.com Port 80
So, after the appropriate inquiry, the bandwidth was doubled. The site is now live" again.
Then I checked the website stats, which is something I last checked a couple months ago, and was pleasantly surprised. We're only two-thirds through August, and I know a lot of readers are on vacation, but the numbers are going off the chart. Thank you.

I don't wish to get into actual numbers here because it's not important to anybody. I don't advertise, and I'm not trying to boast to my fellow bloggers.
But the trend clearly shows that the information, education and facilitation services I work hard to provide are popular with readers.
And that's why I do what I do.
