Registering to Comment on this website
Here is the template to register at TypeKey, which will be required to make Comments to my blog articles and reports, starting in July. Let me know if there is a problem with registering.
My interest in having readers register is strictly to reduce my personal time needed to approve reader comments. I found that spamsters are unlikely to register for automatic publication of their worthless contributions. If they do, then I can simply purge these on an exception basis, plus identify them to the authorities because this spam issue has to be resolved.
The "Focus" survey went really well. Thank you.
A long-time friend pointed out that the bottom of the list reads like an index of articles in a mass media publication, but the top of the list shows that my readers are truly interested in learning how to trade, and want to zero in on the protocols, tools, and techniques I use.
That's where we are headed with this blog.
As for today, I have a full day of database work ahead of me. Like every other aspect of this website and blog, I have to do it all by myself. I am only now setting up software to transition some of the administrative work to a company that has a sucessful business doing that kind of thing.
The friend who made the comment about the Survey also said that it would be better for me in the eyes of the readers if I would say that other people are helping me publish, which is to suggest that one person cannot do all this by himself. Then he said, "But I've known you for 15 years and you go flat-out, 100-pct of the time."
My regret is the lack of time. I could easily write 15 to 20 articles a day, but so far have not been set up administratively to do that, which will soon change. Then my mood will change for the better, because I'm happiest when I am productive, and when readers are telling me that they are actually learning something from this website.
I used to think that spending five to eight hours writing and publishing the Week in Review report was a lot to expect of me, but when I amortize the time over the thousands of readers, it amounts to a single second per reader. Soon that will be a tenth of a second per person.
In that respect, the use of the Internet as a self-empowering tool is truly a phenomenon of our time. And, just think, the fun has just begun!
