KOS Pharmaceuticals announced they signed a co-promotion, licensing and manufacturing deal with Barr Pharmaceuticals, which ends a patent dispute over Kos' cholesterol reducers Niaspan and Advicor. The stock (NDQ: KOSP) opened about $48.90. Do you recall in February when the Soothsayer of Omaha sent me a research report he did that I published and within minutes the stock moved up about 3 pct from $32.44.

The current price is a 51 pct move in the stock in ten weeks " that is in spite of a very bearish phase in the equity market, too. Who says a 24-year old State of Nebraska Medicaid analyst who blogs under an assumed name can't beat the heck out of the best professionals on Wall Street? It happened here and Levi and I proved it. Chalk up another one for independent bloggers.
