U.S. Equity Markets Fade, Thurs., March 03, 2005 12:05 PM
And the Soothsayer of Omaha actually thought I had lost my marbles by calling yesterday's high the current cycle high for the Dow 30!
As the sports announcer said, "It's over Ladies & Gentlemen; it's over!"
For a while though, those NYSE traders had me worried. Pisani and Kernan also had me worried when they stood up to lead the charge. But they just don't get it.
I'm gooood!

Now, you all know I called a $54.99 top for crude oil (i.e., $35 before $55), and the price is presently $54.15. So, I'm starting to feel the heat on that one.
Well, if those U.S. Jobs Report net new employment numbers are south of say 270,000 170,000, Friday morning, then I'll be ok on that one too. Probably.
Maybe.
