Reality Check
The first arrow on the following chart shows the point that Greenspan began his chat with Congress today. The second arrow is about the time he used the term "system destabilization". It appears some people got the message, although for how long I cannot guess.

Still, I expect CNBC's Bob Pisani to sum up the day as just a minor reaction to rising oil prices. What can you do when the reality is that some capital owners and managers take CNBC seriously?
